Coaching Philosophy

My lifestyle wellness coaching teaches you that nutrition is NOT one size fits all! It's as unique as you are. I take a WHOLE body, mind and spirit approach to nourishment. Meaning, we don’t just discuss what you’re eating.

When we look at our health and bodies from this perspective, we can make room for self-compassion, tolerance and patience. Yet American culture focuses the lens on our physical appearance, convincing us that our health is defined by our size or shape. This is a distorted idea of health.

We need to zoom out. We need to widen the lens and look deeper into an evolved definition of health. I take a non-diet, compassionate model of self-care. My coaching philosophy is based upon slowing down and listening to your inner nutritionist that will help you reclaim "body trust."

Coaching is a mixture of respectful inquiry, conversation, listening, teaching points, experimentation, exploration and well-chosen action steps. It’s designed to help you reach your goals, to properly evaluate and re-adjust your goals when necessary, and you help you have an empowered relationship with food and your body.

I take a 4 prong approach to helping you feel and be your best self. I will use whatever tools are best suited for your wants, needs and desires:

    Using nutrition science and knowledge, we discuss what's best for your unique body and health.

  • Intuitive Eating

    We'll take the non-diet approach to healthy eating allowing you to make peace with food and your body.

  • Eating Psychology

    Good nutrition is more than “what” you eat, how, when and why matters too.

  • Body Image

    Body Image is often related to wanting to improve your eating habits. Yes, we want to feel better but it often comes with a side of dissatisfaction with our bodies. Live life not, not if/when…

In our sessions we will explore your health and your relationship to food and movement. We'll reflect on how you eat and who you are as an eater as we dive deep into how work, money, family, relationships, intimacy and other stress are all connected to your well-being.

Coaching Options

Appointments are available at my Jackson Hole office, or via video conference call or phone call for out of town clients. In-home sessions are only available for VIP clients.
