My non diet, weight neutral, Health At Every Size® approach guides you to feel good in your body through “gentle nutrition.”
Diet culture has us focused on our physical appearance, duping us into believing that our health is defined by our size or shape. This is a distorted and simplistic idea of health ignoring its complexities. An evolved definition of health separates our weight from wellness. It honors body diversity as part of the human experience. It acknowledges that our bodies are meant to change as we move through the stages of life.
It focuses on healthy behaviors, and your wellbeing, instead.
Whatever my weight is when I’m mindfully nourishing myself with food and movement that I actually enjoy and living my best life is the one that’s right for me.

Coaching is a mixture of respectful inquiry, conversation, listening, teaching points, experimentation and well-chosen action steps that include weekly personal growth assignments such as reading, journaling and listening to non diet|healthy body image podcasts. It’s designed to help you have an empowered relationship with food and your body.
Using nutrition science and knowledge, we discuss what's best for your unique body and health.
We'll take the non-diet approach to healthy eating, Intuitive Eating, a self-care eating framework that honors both your mental and physical health.
Good nutrition is more than “what” you eat; how and why matters too.
Body Image is often related to wanting to improve your eating habits. Body dissatisfaction is driven by diet culture’s false definition of health as “thinness.” When we separate your weight from your self-worth, we can live life now, not if/when…
In addition to exploring your relationship to food and movement, we will discuss other factors that influence your health such as work, key relationships, overall satisfaction with life and other stress, as they're all connected to your well-being
