If you want it all – BOTH consistent AND in-depth support to reach your health and well-being goals, VIP health coaching is best for you. Includes (4) 60-min. zoom sessions per a month*, plus optional ProCoach progress tracking, accountability and resources and coach support between sessions. (*min. commitment is 3 months; month = 4 weeks.)

Deep Health Coaching

Know thyself! If you learn and progress best with regular, consistent OR more in depth check-ins, deep health coaching is for you. Includes (2) 60-min. zoom sessions per a month*, plus optional ProCoach progress tracking, accountability and resources between sessions. (*min. commitment is 3 months; month = 4 weeks)

Lite Health Coaching

If you just need a little bit of support with your self-care: nutrition, movement, sleep and/or stress management skills, lite health coaching is for you. Includes (2) 30-minute zoom sessions per a month*, plus optional ProCoach progress tracking, accountability and resources between sessions. (*min. commitment is 3 months; month = 4 weeks)

Design Your Future Health Power Session

In this 2-hour session, we’ll (1) get clear on your wellness goals and why they’re important to you (2) assess where you’re at with your nutrition, movement, sleep and stress coping skills, and (3) begin to craft a customized self-care plan, one that’s doable within the context of your real life.
