Before The Empowered Women’s Wellness Club, I didn’t really have a focus on what I needed to change. I was feeling tired in the afternoons, grumpy, stressed out, snacking all of the time, not eating well and unsure of how to get unstuck.

After the 10-week sessions, I feel great! I’m happy, energetic and able to give effort and extra time to the things that I love to do. It was great to have Tanya caring for me when most mothers are the ones caring for everyone else and often we neglect ourselves. The Empowered Women’s Wellness Club is a wonderful investment in your own self-care. Thank you, Tanya!!!
My “Ah Ha!” Moments
I found the Lifestyle Accountability Log of the Empowered Women’s Wellness Club to be extremely helpful and loved receiving private feedback from Tanya throughout the week. Tanya is so encouraging and not judgmental at all! I also used the Log as a meal-planning tool.
I really enjoyed the private Facebook discussion page as it was nice to hear from the other ladies and see what they were doing. And finally, the weekly educational lessons were great and super helpful. I worked most of the days of the calls so I loved the convenience of being able to listen to the recordings whenever I had time.
