Success without deprivation

CharlieShinkle-250x250I have struggled with weight gain over the past several years and thought I knew everything I needed to know, but was just too lazy to follow through.  Tanya showed me that there was A LOT more to know and she taught me ways to improve my all around health, not just my weight issue.  I have a thyroid issue and she taught me that what I was eating could be affecting the thyroid.

Tanya is great to work with because she is realistic.  She does not adhere to the idea of food “deprivation”, but ways to manage your food intake in the realistic confines of your life.  She obviously does not promote bad and unhealthy foods, but she teaches you how to deal with bad choices and how to make better ones in the future.  Not one time did I ever feel I was being “preached” at or “lectured” about my food choices.

I found Tanya to be very caring and was very impressed with her “customer service”.  In fact, while dealing with Tanya, I never felt like a “customer” but I feel like Tanya really cares about my progress and my lifestyle changes.  I continue to receive emails and texts from Tanya on a regular basis just “checking in” to see how things are going in my quest for better health.

Tanya is an extraordinary person and a great asset to have in your corner while you work to change your health and dietary lifestyle.  I would highly recommend her services.
